What credits are
Credits are used when BRAIN implements approved improvements.
Scans and recommendations are included in your plan. Credits are only spent when you approve a project. You always see the exact credit cost on the project card before you approve. Credits are not human service hours, and do not include human review unless purchased separately. Credits reset monthly with your plan, and top-ups never expire while you are subscribed.
Failed implementations are refunded automatically.

What happens if I use all my credits?Open
BRAIN keeps scanning and recommending, you just can't approve new implementations until you top up or your monthly credits reset. Existing approved work is unaffected, and we'll warn you well before you run out.
Do credits include human support?Open
No. Credits are spent when BRAIN implements an approved improvement project. Human help (setup calls, migration, content review, custom work) is sold separately as optional add-ons.
Can BRAIN publish without my approval?Open
By default, nothing meaningful publishes without your approval. You can optionally set safe rules for low-risk updates (like grammar fixes or metadata) to be applied automatically within guardrails you define, but the default is approve-first.
Can I roll back changes?Open
Yes. Every implemented change is saved in version history. Roll back any project, any time, with one click.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings or AI Overview placement?Open
No. We provide AI-ready infrastructure (schema, AEO answer blocks, llms.txt, internal linking) and ongoing recommendations. We don't promise specific rankings or placements, because no honest platform can.
Can I change plan or buy more credits?Open
Yes, both. Upgrade, downgrade or top up from your dashboard at any time. Top-ups never expire while your subscription is active.
Can I export my site and content?Open
Yes. Export the full site as static HTML, Markdown or a structured JSON bundle (pages, blocks, blog, media, metadata, schema). One click from your dashboard.
What happens to my site if I cancel?Open
Your site stays live until the end of your paid period. After that, BRAIN stops scanning and publishing, but you can export everything before you go. Reactivate any time and pick up where you left off.
Is there a tie-in or long contract?Open
No. All plans are monthly and cancel anytime from your dashboard. No setup fees, no minimum term, no exit fees. Annual billing is optional if you want a discount.
Who owns the content BRAIN creates?Open
You do. 100%. Every word, image and page generated on your site belongs to you. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before approving it.
